Our dog we had for 15 years passes at home. Rutherford-Corbin treated us with love and respect. Pets are part of the family too. RC doesn't jack up pet cremation like everywhere else. We couldn't be more thankful for their people and service. You guys are family to us now. Thank you so much

I am super thankful for this place. They offer the most reasonable priced cremation for pets I could find and they do individual cremation. I dropped off my dog yesterday and he was cremated the same day and returned to me today. My one complaint is the pawprints were very smushed and not clear at all. I should be getting paw prints from my vet as well so I hope those ones turn out better. I am overall very pleased with the service.

Updating my review. I have now used their pet cremation service 7 times since 2019. Everyone is so nice and caring. The people that work there are awesome ! Had to use their pet cremation service after my 15 yr old cat passed unexpectedly. They were very nice and not once did they try to sell me more than what I said when I walked in.

Very disappointed in their service. My funeral “director” just didn’t show to the service! No notice or explanation given. ( paid for that) flowers we paid for were not there..”forgot to order”.( they hurriedly called a florist for a replacement which eventually showed up) sound system ( we paid for) did not work. It was on their end, not our playlist. Employee sat outside the open doors to the service snoring and hacking which was audible. My “funeral director” knew I was very inexperienced with all of this and ghosted me anyway on the day of. No replacement was provided. Promised me a tracking number for my death certificates weeks ago, no follow up, no certificates. This was paid for as well.I am unable to proceed with any financial arrangements from my spouse to me until I have it.( as they well know) no follow up calls/info. Did not return my email when I inquired. She was “busy with services” and blew me off.

We recently had to put our 13 yo German Shepherd down. We went through Buckeye Mobile Vet and Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home handled the cremation. I was honestly expecting to be "up-sold" on a container for her ashes or something else. Instead I was met by a very empathetic man that told me "I'm sorry for loss" and just had me sign a form. They also provided a nice container and card. It was good enough service to have me leave a review, and I never do reviews.
